ಲಕ್ನೋ: ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ದಿಯೋರಿಯಾ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಮಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಬಂದ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಹಸ್ತಮೈಥುನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವದಲ್ಲದೇ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದ ಘಟನೆಯೊಂದು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ತಾಯಿ-ಮಗಳ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ಹಸ್ತಮೈಥುನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಿಯೋರಿಯಾ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಭೀಷ್ಮ ಪಾಲ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್.

ಈತ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ದಿಯೋರಿಯಾ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಮಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಬಂದ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಸ್ತಮೈಥುನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವದಲ್ಲದೇ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಘಟನೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಬೀಷ್ಮ ಪಾಲ್ ಎಸ್ಕೇಪ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದನು.

ಜಮೀನು ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಮಹಿಳೆ ತನ್ನ ಪುತ್ರಿ ಜೊತೆ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಡ್ಯೂಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಭೀಷ್ಮ ಪಾಲ್ ಅವರ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಪುತ್ರಿ ತನ್ನ ಮೊಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಳು. ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ವೈರಲ್ ಆಗ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡದ ಎಡಿಜಿ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು, ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ನಡುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಆತನನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಭೀಷ್ಮ ಪಾಲ್ ಎಸ್ಕೇಪ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಆತನ ಸುಳಿವು ನೀಡಿದ್ರೆ 25 ಸಾವಿರ ಬಹುಮಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಜಾಹಿರಾತು ಸಹ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಬುಧವಾರ ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಫ್‍ಐಆರ್ ಸಹ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಸ್.ಪಿ. ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
