ದಿನದ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆಯುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಚೇಷ್ಟೆ- ತಮಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲ. ತುಂಟಾಟ ಮಿತಿಮೀರಿ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದದ್ದೂ ಉಂಟು! ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪದವಿಯ ಕೊನೆಯ ಘಟ್ಟವಾದ ತೃತೀಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚೇಷ್ಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ಕೊನೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶ!
ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮುಂಚೆಯೇ ದೇವರಿಗೊಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಯೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಆರಂಭ ಮಾಡುತಿದ್ದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. “ಈ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣನಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡು” ಎಂಬುದು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೆ. ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು ಅದೇ ಹಳೆಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾದರೆ ಎರಡನೆಯದು ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತೆ ಲಾಕ್ಡೌನ್ ಆಗಿ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಠ ಕೇಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ ಎಂಬುದು!
ಪದವಿ ತಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಕಲಿತದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ʼಕಲಿತಿದ್ದೇನೆʼ. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲವಿತ್ತು, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕಾಲೇಜು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೂತಿದೆ!
ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ಕಲಿತರೂ ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿತ್ತು. ನಾವೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಪ್ರಾದ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕಡೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಕೇಳುವ ಪಾಠ ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗಬಹುದು ! ಅದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಹೇಳುವುದೇ ಒಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಕೇಳುವುದೇ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು. ಇಂತಹ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳು ಒಂದೆರಡಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ತೆರೆದಿವೆ. ತೃತೀಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನನಗೆ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಆದೆನೆಂಬ ಜಂಬ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿಯೇ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಎದುರು ನಡೆಯುವ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಭಂಗಿಯೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ! ಯಾಕೋ ಏನೋ ಒಂಥರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಜೀವನವೆಂಬ ಈಜು ಕೊಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಜಾಡುವ ಆಸೆ. ಕೊನೆಯ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಕಳೆಯುವ ಬಯಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಲ್ಲಿ…
