  • ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ – 1 ಚಮಚ
  • ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು- 3 ಚಮಚ
  • ಬಾದಾಮಿ- 20 ಗ್ರಾಂ
  • ಕೇಸರಿ ದಳ- 10-12
  • ಸಕ್ಕರೆ – 1 ಬಟ್ಟಲು

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ…

ಹಾಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಕರಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿ ಗಂಟು ಕಟ್ಟದಂತೆ ತಿರುವುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೊತ್ತಿನ ಬಲಿಕ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ಬಾದಾಮಿ, ಗೋಡಂಬಿ, ಪಿಸ್ತಾ ತುಂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬಿಸಿ ಹಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸರಿ ದಳಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಕರಗಿಸಿ. ಬಳಿಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಾದಾಮಿ, ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ಹಾಕಿದ ಹಾಲಿಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ನಂತರ ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸಿ. ಇದನ್ನು ಬಿಸಿಯಾಗಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಕುಡಿಯಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಫ್ರಿಜ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ತಣ್ಣಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಯೂ ಸೇವಿಸಬಹುದು.
