ರಾಜಾಬಾಬು ಅವರು ಅನೇಕ ಧಾರಾವಾಹಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅಮ್ಮ ಎಂಬ ಸೀರಿಸ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿ ನಂದಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೀಗ ರಾಜಾ ಬಾಬು ಅವರು ಪತ್ನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಅಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
