ಮಂಗಳೂರು: MRPL ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳುನಾಡು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರನ್ನು ಹೊರಗಿಟ್ಟಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ತುಳುನಾಡಿನ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳುವರಿಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಾಲು ಸಿಗಬೇಕು, ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ಮಹಿಷಿ ವರದಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ತುಳುನಾಡಿನ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ “ಮನೆ ಮನೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ” ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಕಂಡಿದೆ.

ತುಳುನಾಡಿಗೆ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರುವ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ, ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಗಂಟೆ. ಇದರ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಇಂದಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಿದ, ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸಿದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಈ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗಾಗಿ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿವೈಎಫ್‍ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮುನೀರ್ ಕಾಟಿಪಳ್ಳ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಐದು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ಮನೆ ಮನೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಕರೆಗೆ ಅವಳಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ ದೊರಕತೊಡಗಿತು. ಡಿವೈಎಫ್‍ಐ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಯುವ ಜನತಾ ದಳ, ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಬಣಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ವಲ್ಲದೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಯುವಕ ಮಂಡಲಗಳು, ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ತಂಡಗಳು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡವು.

“ತುಳುನಾಡ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಡ್ ತುಳುವಪ್ಪೆ ಜೋಕುಲೆಗ್ ಮಲ್ಲಪಾಲ್” ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನತೆಯನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಜನ ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಸುಳ್ಯ, ಪುತ್ತೂರು, ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ, ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ಸೇರಿಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಾಲೂಕುಗಳ ಮೂಲೆ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ, ಉಳ್ಳಾಲ, ಮೂಡಬಿದ್ರೆ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ಮನೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದವು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಎಂ ಆರ್ ಪಿ ಎಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಇರುವ ಕಂಪೆನಿಯ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್, ಬಜಪೆ, ಕಾವೂರು, ಕಟೀಲು ಹೋಬಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನ ಮನೆಮನೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ದೊರಕಿರುವ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಜನಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೃಹತ್ ಕಂಪೆನಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜನತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಡುಗಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಆಕ್ರೋಶದ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲನ. ಸಂಸದ ನಳಿನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮಾತು ಕೊಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಎಮ್ ಆರ್ ಪಿ ಎಲ್ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಮರು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ಮಹಿಷಿ ವರದಿಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ರಚಿಸಬೇಕು. ತುಳುನಾಡಿನ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯೋಚಿತ ಪಾಲು ದೊರಕಬೇಕು. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ದೊರಕದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರತರದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ಎದ್ದು ಬರಲಿವೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಘಂಟೆ, ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೇರದೆ ವಿರಮಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ಜು ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೊಯ್ಯಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಮುನೀರ್ ಕಾಟಿಪಳ್ಳ ಪ್ರಕಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
