ಮಂಗಳೂರು/ಉಡುಪಿ: ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಆಗಮಿಸುವವರ ಕ್ವಾರಂಟೈನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 4 ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿ ಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದ.ಕ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಿಂಧೂ ಬಿ. ರೂಪೇಶ್‌ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್-19ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ವಿದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿರುವ ಕರಾವಳಿಗರನ್ನು ತವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆತರುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಏರ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್‌, ಕ್ವಾರಂಟೈನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಹೊಟೇಲ್‌, ವಸತಿಗೃಹಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮೇ 13ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ 4 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮಂದಿ ಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ. ಸೌದಿ ಅರೇಬಿಯಾ, ಕತಾರ್‌, ಯುಎಇ, ಅಮೆರಿಕ, ಕೆನಡಾದವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರನ್ನು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲೇ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೋಂಕು ಲಕ್ಷಣವಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಕ್ವಾರಂಟೈನ್‌ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್‌ ಆದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಜಿ. ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
