ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಎಂಆರ್‌ಪಿಎಲ್, ಎಂಸಿಎಫ್, ಎನ್‌ಎಂಪಿಟಿ, ಒಎನ್‌ಜಿಸಿ, ಎನ್‌ಐಟಿಕೆಯಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಮಲ್ಯರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ವೀರಪ್ಪ ಮೊಯ್ಲಿವರೆಗಿನ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಂಸದರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೀಡದಿರುವುದು ಬೇಸರದ ಸಂಗತಿ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ರಮಾನಾಥ ರೈ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬ್ಲಾಕ್, ವೈಟ್ ಬಳಿಕ ಇದೀಗ ಯೆಲ್ಲೋ ಫಂಗಸ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಉಲ್ಬಣವಾಗದಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕೊರೋನಾದಂತೆ ಫಂಗಸ್‌ಗಳ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಭಾರತ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಫಂಗಸ್‌ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಆ್ಯಂಪೋಟೆರಿಸಿನ್ ಬಿ ಔಷಧಿ ದ.ಕ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ವೈದ್ಯರೂ ಈ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಔಷಧಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೈಚೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತನಗೂ ಈ ಫಂಗಸ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಮನೆಯವರು ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಔಷಧಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಅಪಾಯದ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಕೊರತೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಸರಕಾರದ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ. ಸರಕಾರ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ ಮಲತಾಯಿ ಧೋರಣೆ ತಾಳದೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಔಷಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊರೋನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಸದರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ]ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಟೂಲ್‌ಕಿಟ್ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ರಮಾನಾಥ ರೈ, ಇದು ಫೇಕ್ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಸ್ವತ: ಟ್ವಿಟರ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಆಂತರಿಕ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಫೇಕ್ ಎಂದು ಟ್ಯಾ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ದೂರನ್ನು ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಿಸಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಕೊರೋನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರದ ಕಠಿಣ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್, ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶದ ಅವಧಿ ಅಸಮರ್ಪಕ ವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜನರು ಬೀದಿಗೆ ಬಾರದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
