ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಾರ್ಹ ಸಂದೇಶ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಈ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೊಡಿಗೇಹಳ್ಳಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೂಚನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 13 ರ ಒಳಗೆ ತನಿಖಾ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಾಣಿ ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಾರ್ಹ ಸಂದೇಶ ಹಂಚಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ, ಐಪಿಸಿ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 153 A, 295, 295-A ಅಡಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೋರಿ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗೋವಿಂದ ರಾಮ್ ಎಂಬುವರು ಖಾಸಗಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಇದೀಗ, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ಆಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
